I needed quick and easy. This was quick and easy.
This Subway is right across the street from my customer's office and when it was already past 2pm with no break in sight, I decided to do a fast run to the closest fuel. We were the only ones in here and the young lady behind the counter made my footlong turkey and pepperjack immediately. Lots of veggies on top and a little bit of mustard and I was good to go. Literally in the store for less than four minutes and I had my chips, drink and sandwich to get back and eat at the desk.
Decent flavor and the veggies were still crunchy. I can't really complain. -

Would give this zero stars if I could. Ants crawling all over the seating area, ants on the food and ants all over the floor. Grossest food establishment I've ever been in.

Walked down on a Sunday morning at 9AM ish...doors were locked. Called to see if they were open. The owner (Spanish looking guy with short hair) picked up the phone and said he was. I walked back down there....Doors were locked. This was the last straw. In previous times the owner tried charging me an Xtra $3 when I ordered Xtra Steak on my Breakfast Sandwich when 2 Out Of 5 times he only Charged me $1.50. I let it slide in the past. When I called him out on it THIS time, he was looking at his OWN MENU acting stupid after I TOLD him he was clearly overcharging me. Nice try pal. Won't be back.

Terrible service!!!! Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Servers have a ad attitude. Kept chatting as food is being prepared. After paying, instead of a "thank you, have a great day!", I got a "here take it" (my food). What happened to the friendly smiling server that Subway shows on their commercial??? -

I will never go to this Subway again!
I use to eat at this location all the time a few years back but just recently started going back. Its a new staff which is fine but they are so unfriendly especially the main guy thats there with the spikie hair. First off he doesn't even say hello and then when you ask him a question he gets annoyed and rushes you. every time he has made my sandwich its been sloppy either the bread is all torn or the condiments and meat are spilling out. He basically rushes through the orders which id get had it been busy in there but there was only two of us in there. I asked about a specific sandwich and asked if i could swap out one of the meats for another as i don't particularly like this meat and before i could even get my whole sentence out he cuts me off and says rudely "Nope the sandwich is as is" now i don't know if that is usually the policy but I've gone to several Subways in Massachusetts and have asked the same thing about other sandwiches and its never been a problem ever! i was even willing to pay extra had it come to that. He was just extremely rude. This will be my last time at that establishment. The higher ups really need to check this location out because the service is absolutely horrible, and it is getting increasingly worse.
